What We Offer
~1 min read- Drive Client Progress – Support your team in making data-driven decisions by reviewing treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring every child receives individualized, evidence-based care.
- Mentor Clinical Teams – Lead, coach, and develop Supervising Clinicians through regular case reviews, performance feedback, and ongoing support to ensure consistent, high-quality therapy.
- Lead Clinical Excellence – Use Centria’s internal tools and standards to evaluate treatment fidelity, supervision practices, and clinical impact across your team.
- Deliver Targeted Training – Facilitate skill-building workshops and group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians to enhance clinical performance and maintain best practices.
- Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, compliance, and service quality across your region.
- Support Elevate Growth – Contribute to the development of future clinicians by supporting our Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program.
- Champion the Centria Experience – Conduct caregiver check-ins and ensure families feel supported, heard, and engaged throughout their journey with Centria.
- Experience That Matters – At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.
- Leadership Background – 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years), with preference given to those who have mentored practicum students.
- Crisis Management Skills – Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments is highly valued.
- Clinical Fluency in Best Practices – Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices preferred.
