You're the kind of person who walks into a room, sizes up what needs to happen, and makes it happen. You don't wait for problems to escalate — you spot them early, fix them fast, and build systems so they don't come back. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

As our Fulfillment Operations Lead, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of our fulfillment operations — making sure physical credentials and training materials get to the right people, on time, every time. You'll lead a team of Fulfillment Specialists, drive process improvements, and partner closely with our Credentialing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.

This isn't a "manage from a distance" role. You'll be in it — supporting your team, solving real problems, and building the kind of operation you'd be genuinely proud of.

  • Leading the team through a high-volume day and keeping shipments on track

  • Digging into fulfillment metrics to spot trends before they become problems

  • Working with Reporting and Compliance teams to resolve credentialing discrepancies

  • Coaching a Specialist on a better way to batch and process orders

  • Forecasting supply needs and managing vendor relationships

  • Identifying a manual process that's begging to be streamlined — and fixing it

  • 2+ years of leadership experience, ideally in fulfillment, production, shipping, or operations

  • A natural process-improver — you see inefficiency and can't help but fix it

  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • Someone who leads by example and builds team accountability without micromanaging

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; at ease in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • A genuine growth mindset — you're not done learning, and you don't want to be

You'll have real ownership. Real impact. And a team that looks to you — not just for direction, but for the kind of steady, energizing leadership that makes hard days feel manageable. We're a company that takes our work seriously and our culture intentionally, and we're looking for someone who fits both.

Ready to bring your operational instincts to a team that will actually use them? We'd love to hear from you.
