We're looking for a seasoned facilities leader to take ownership of our manufacturing and industrial operations across 10+ locations worldwide. As Director of Facilities, you'll be the driving force behind safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities — setting the strategic direction while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you thrive in complex, multi-site environments and love building high-performing teams, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →8+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites
- →Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred
- →Proven track record managing large facilities budgets and capital projects
- →Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), industrial equipment maintenance, and EHS compliance
- →Experience with facilities management software
- →Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can navigate conversations with frontline technicians and the c-suite equally well
- →A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed
