We are seeking a Certified EVSE Technician to join our local workforce in maintaining the critical infrastructure of the electric vehicle revolution. In this role, you will be the face of ChargerHelp! in the field, responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing EV charging stations to ensure they are clean, functional, and performing within design specifications.
As a Certified CH! Technician, you will utilize our proprietary mobile application to document site reviews, perform preventative maintenance, and execute complex break/fix services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong technical aptitude who is eager to operate at the intersection of electrical hardware and software diagnostics.
Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using a range of tools, from computer diagnostics to basic electrical equipment.

Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate technical tools and complete "driver experience" inspections via the CH! mobile app.

Maintain detailed, real-time documentation of all repairs, software troubleshooting, and site status updates to ensure project transparency.

Ensure all assigned services are delivered on time and within scope; escalate technical or site-level risks to management as needed.

Represent ChargerHelp! at client locations with the highest standards of professional conduct and communication.

Follow strict safety protocols to minimize project risks and ensure the safety of the technician and the public.

Attend industry conferences and mandatory CH! training sessions to maintain certification and stay current on evolving EVSE technology.
Strong hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or related field service; experience with electrical troubleshooting is highly preferred.
An enterprising attitude with the ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal operations and management teams.
Resourceful and diligent documentation habits to ensure work orders are accurate and comprehensive.
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various environments, including ladders, extreme temperatures (heat/cold), and confined spaces.
A valid driver’s license and a good driving record demonstrating the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
High school diploma or equivalent; general knowledge of automotive or vehicle systems is a plus.
