Marketing Assistant

Charles Ross & Son Company in Hauppauge, New York, a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels.

• →Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements.
• →Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising.
• →Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content.
• →Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
• →Assist with design projects:

Print Ads, Spec Sheets, Brochures – Photoshop, InDesign, Canva

Video Editing and Production - Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, Camera and Lighting Equipment.

• →Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
