Responsibilities

- →Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce aging
- →Train, mentor, and manage billing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- →Communicate with patients and families regarding billing inquiries and explain financial responsibilities clearly and professionally
- →Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and claim submission
- →Review and resolve complex billing issues, denials, and discrepancies
- →Generate and analyze billing reports to support leadership decision-making
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain billing processes clearly to patients and families
- Proven ability to lead, support, and develop a team
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with both administrative and clinical teams
