1.Proper people arrangement according to production plan; 2.Make sure the product quality meet the product standard; 3.Supervise people to exactly implement the safety/quality standards and production techniques; 4.Maintain the equipment running and check the equipment timely; 5.Check and control raw material drawing procedures; 6.Make sure smooth handover by shift; 7.Complete related reports in time; 8.Check and control raw material drawing procedures; 9.Ensure production area keep clean; 10.100% do performance evaluation for employees; 11.Keep the employees on shift under discipline; 12.Facilitate the AM  activities implementation and involvement.

1.Bachelor degree and major in Food technology; 2.Above 5 years food manufacture industry experience; 3.At least 3 year production management experience; 4.Have more enthusiasm and fast learner. 5.Good command of English in written & spoken
