Responsibilities

→Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
→Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
→Support resident admissions, transfers, and meals
→Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions

Active Certified Medication Aide (KMA) certification in Kentucky
Strong knowledge of medication administration and nursing care principles
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
