Responsibilities

→Strategy & Leadership: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive mobile test plans, serving as the subject matter expert for quality within the team.
→Automation Architecture: Build, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks for mobile applications (Android/iOS) and backend services.
→API Testing Mastery: Architect and implement automated test suites for REST APIs to ensure data integrity and seamless communication between mobile clients and servers.
→Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers to implement "Shift-Left" testing and ensure high-quality software deliverables across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
→Release Management: Oversee the end-to-end testing cycle for mobile releases, document defects clearly, and manage root cause analysis for production issues.

Requirements

Mobile Automation: 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, or UI Automator).
API Automation: Proven experience in designing and building API automation frameworks (using tools like RestAssured, Postman/Newman, or similar) to validate complex web services.
Android Expertise: Deep understanding of the Android platform, including ADB, emulators, and physical device testing.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English (fluent in both verbal and written communication) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
CI/CD: Experience integrating mobile and API automated tests into Continuous Integration pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).

iOS Testing: Experience with XCUITest and the iOS ecosystem.
Programming: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python for writing robust test scripts.
Cloud Testing: Experience with cloud-based device farms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or Firebase Test Lab.
Agile Mastery: Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments and advanced use of JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for defect management.
