• →Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their digital product needs and fostering strong relationships.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to drive project success.
• →Proactively identify and address potential challenges, providing solutions to ensure project continuity.
• →Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in project management or business relationship management within the IT sector.
• Proven experience managing software development projects, ideally in a digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and its technology needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Based in or around Mexico City (CDMX), with the ability to commute to the office twice a week.
