CIG claims department is here to support our insureds throughout their claims process. We work directly with our agency partners and policyholders to accomplish successful claim resolutions. The Clerical Support role is a hybrid eligible role, in our Bakersfield California location. This is one of our newer locations, great culture, and atmosphere and a casual dress environment. This is a great place to start your career with CIG.

Under direct supervision, provides clerical support to the claims department. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience in an office setting preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Knowledge of software applications including MS Office, proficient in MS Excel highly desirable; Proficient with PC operating systems
• Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, printers, copy machines, and mailing equipment.
• Familiar with media applications and converting from one software to another.

Salary Range: $33,872.00 - $56,454.00

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
