Test_Sales & Trading Program Analyst

The Financial Analyst (FA) two-year rotational program provides the opportunity to contribute to multiple Finance disciplines including Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Investor Relations, Strategy and M&A. Key elements of the FA program include: Responsibilities: * Supporting the 4 pillars of Citi Finance: drive business results; improve financial processes; strengthen the control environment and continue to make Citi a great place to work * Access to Citi's senior Finance leaders whilst working with selected managers who guide them to maximize their potential and develop their careers * Developing management and leadership skills during rotations * Exposure to global perspectives and businesses * Building relationships within the Citi Finance community that can be leveraged throughout their career * Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
