IT Technician (Warehouse)

We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfillment activities.

Contract duration - 3 month with possible extension

• On-site warehouse support role
• May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents

• →Provide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operations
• →Install and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices
• →Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• →Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices
• →Maintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilities
• →Coordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendors
• →Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users
• →Work with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements

• 2+ years of IT support experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred)
• Experience supporting scanners, printers, and end-user devices
• Basic knowledge of networking and Windows environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in warehouse environments

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience supporting logistics or distribution operations
