Responsibilities:
Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing of return material
o Verify incoming inventory for proper labeling and count
o Coordination and processing of RMA material, recording condition, weights, and dims
o Verify material received against purchase orders or invoices, and maintains records of return materials
o Manages all outbound shipments, packaging and crating if needed
Managing the non-inventory items stored for each business unit (moving, labeling, and updating holding list)
Assist internal and external customer in reconciliation of receiving / shipping variances and arrange shipment as required
Verify part movements and material transactions are reconciled, provide findings or report as required
Interfacing with internal customers and external customers when needed
Assist TEA and external customer in reconciliation of receiving / shipping variances and arrange shipment as required
Actively pursue operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer support
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports as required
Participate in various Logistics tasks/projects as required
Qualifications:
Ability to manage data and transactions accurately in several different programs
Effectively present information and respond to questions from various individuals, groups, and managers
Ability to manage concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Manage, create, and follow work instructions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Access, and Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and objectives effectively
Excellent customer relation skills
Exhibits a high level of integrity
Self starting and proactive
Ability to work in team environment
Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to lift/carry objects up to 40 pounds is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in either the area of Logistics or Materials management (Inventory control experience)
Prefer familiarity of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures
Prefer experience with SAP inventory management
Prefer BS/BA and professional certification (CPIM, CPM, etc.)
Prefer IATA/DOT HAZMAT certification
