Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists in developing advanced algorithms, constructing robust data models, and conducting predictive analysis. This role works closely with credit risk and fraud teams to contribute to strategic data initiatives, fostering continuous improvement and leveraging insights to enhance decision-making. With a strong focus on innovation and business impact, you will shape the company’s analytical strategy, driving data-driven transformation and positioning analytics as a key business enabler.

→Effectively communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to influence key business decisions.

Proven leadership in high-impact data science teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
Project oversight and coordination for end-to-end data science projects.
Experience driving data-driven strategies in Credit Risk and Fraud, enhancing detection and mitigation.
Expertise in developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms.
Proficiency in designing and scaling robust, high-performance data models.
Strong experience in predictive analytics to uncover trends and drive business decisions.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams using modern collaboration tools.
Strategic planning for data initiatives with a focus on business transformation.
Mentoring and upskilling team members to elevate technical expertise and business impact.
Proactive identification and execution of data-driven process optimizations.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
