We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts. As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist in the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, performing candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Assist throughout the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to post-interview follow-ups

Screen resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial outreach via phone or email

Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms to maintain a strong talent pipeline

Update and manage the candidate database, tracking applicant status and maintaining accurate records
Interview Coordination & Scheduling:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Manage email and calendar to ensure interviews are confirmed, updated, and communicated clearly

Support onboarding by collecting documents and facilitating a smooth transition to new hire status
Administrative Support:

Accurately enter recruitment data into digital and physical records

Maintain organized files, including applications, interview notes, and background checks

Prepare recruitment reports and updates for hiring managers and HR

Help with office organization and recruitment supply inventory
Candidate Communication & Engagement:

Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly

Ensure consistent communication throughout the recruitment process for a positive candidate experience

Keep hiring managers informed about open positions and candidate progress
Compliance & Confidentiality:

Ensure all processes comply with legal requirements, including equal opportunity and privacy standards

Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion
2+ years in administrative or recruitment support (healthcare/home care is a plus)
Background in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and high-volume email/calendar management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate data, recruitment records, and scheduling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly explain the recruitment process to candidates and answer any questions with clarity and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, data protection laws)
