How You’ll Help Us Better Serve Our Clients
We are seeking an Operations and Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across a variety of firm functions, including operational processes, leadership coordination, and People & Culture administration. This role assists with recurring administrative activities, internal meetings, documentation workflows, and day-to-day operational support that contribute to the smooth functioning of the firm.
Working closely with the Managing Partner and the Head of HR, supporting various operational and leadership initiatives, this position is well suited to someone who is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a professional services environment. This role is 100% on site.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support related to the Managing Partner, executive initiatives and operational priorities;
- Assist with coordination of internal meetings, operational activities, and recurring firm processes;
- Support scheduling, meeting logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up for operational and leadership meetings;
- Assist with administrative processes related to governance and operational activities;
- Coordinate document workflows, approvals, and signature collection processes;
- Maintain tracking and coordination of operational items, including insurance renewals, planning activities, and administrative projects;
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents;
- Provide administrative support related to operational and leadership initiatives as required;
- Support cross-functional administrative projects and workflow coordination across departments.
People & Culture Administration
- Coordinate employee offboarding activities, including documentation, system updates, and administrative processes;
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration, including employee status updates and time-off tracking;
- Maintain employee records and documentation within HR systems and document management systems;
- Assist with coordination of annual HR processes and employee initiatives;
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and internal communications related to People & Culture activities;
- Maintain templates, forms, and standardized documentation;
- Provide backup support to the Program Coordinator as required;
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for People & Culture operations.
General Administrative Support
- Maintain organized electronic filing and records within a document management system.
- Assist with administrative coordination, workflow tracking, and special projects as required;
- Support a professional, responsive, and service-oriented environment across the firm.
How You’ll Be A Great Fit
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations support, or professional services environment preferred;
- Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment is considered an asset;
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach;
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document management systems;
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality;
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a collaborative and evolving environment.

The expected salary range for this role is likely to be between $60,000 and $80,000, with the final salary determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
