The School Partnership Associate at Clasp is responsible for driving student applications to Clasp programs through school channels. You'll build and manage a portfolio of school and program partnerships — engaging administrators, career services contacts, and program directors to secure active, ongoing distribution of Clasp opportunities to their students. A secondary part of the role involves following up directly with students from those schools who have expressed interest but haven't yet completed their applications.

This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role with clear weekly and quarterly targets. You'll spend most of your time on the phone and in virtual meetings with school contacts, managing a pipeline of partner institutions from first outreach through active distribution. The role is also 20% travel - with the expectation that you’ll go visit schools in person to meet with administrators and students. There is also a requirement to travel to full company meet ups 3x per year.
