As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of assigned client facilities. Whether working independently or alongside a supportive team, your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction and daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in active, hands-on work and thrive in a structured, dependable routine.

  General Cleaning & Sanitation: Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting surfaces, wiping down desks, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning breakrooms, and removing trash and recycling.

  Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned flooring areas daily; assist with specialized floor maintenance as needed.

  Supply & Stock Management: Monitor, restock, and maintain inventory levels for paper products, soap, sanitizers, and essential cleaning supplies.

  Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures (SDS), and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace for yourself, co-workers, and clients.

  Facility Security: Ensure buildings and assigned service areas are properly secured upon completion of your shift.

• Eye for Detail: Strong ability to spot small clean-up needs and maintain consistently high standards across all assigned spaces.

• Effective Time Management: Capability to execute daily task lists efficiently and meet shift deadlines without requiring constant direct supervision.
