→Provides administrative and operational support to the TA team.
→Supports the TA team in the administration and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System.
→Supports the TA team in managing job postings.
→Reviews resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the hiring criteria.
→Schedules initial phone screens, in-person interviews or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
→Other TA related projects/tasks as assigned.
→Maintain confidentiality of HR information.

Bachelor’s degree required or a combination of education, experience, and/or skills.
2-3 years of experience in candidate recruiting.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines.
Ability to interface and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information.
Good verbal and written language skills in English.
Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and one who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
