• →Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, patching drywall, repairing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and painting.
• →Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components.
• →Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture, installing shelving, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• →Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
• →Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed tasks.
• →Support inventory management by organizing tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment.
• →Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects to learn best practices.

• Handyman Skills & Repair Knowledge: Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Proficiency with Hand and Power Tools: Comfortable using tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and other equipment used in repairs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment, supporting and learning from senior technicians while contributing to the team's success.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting maintenance issues and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks
