People Operations Coordinator

PLEASE NOTE - We are open to both part time and full time and will be ideally based split between our Manchester City Centre and Alderley Edge office 

Regarding part time - We are happy to support working parents with this role around school times but ideally 5 days working with Pro-Rata hours

We’re looking for an People Operations Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat behind our internal events, office coordination and wider business logistics. This is a role for someone who loves planning, organising, problem solving—and ensuring everything just works. 

This is not a community or front of house role. You won’t be hosting events and will rarely need to attend them in person. Instead, you’ll be the planner, strategist and organiser making sure every moving piece fits together perfectly.
