CMCA is seeking a Business Education Instructor to join our Missouri Women's Business Center team. This part-time position (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, networking, and helping entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into successful ventures.

In this role, you will facilitate business classes and workshops, provide one-on-one coaching to small business owners, coordinate educational events, build relationships with community partners, and help entrepreneurs access the tools and resources they need to start and grow their businesses. You'll also assist with client communications, data management, reporting, and program support.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business, entrepreneurship, coaching, training, or education and is comfortable presenting to groups both in person and virtually. We're looking for an energetic, organized professional with excellent communication skills who enjoys connecting with people and making a positive impact in the community.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 4 hour shift, Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Ability to build relationships with clients, business owners, and community partners.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and computer databases.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for classes and events.
