Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a Quality Inspector I, II, or III to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections while helping maintain the highest standards of quality throughout production.

• →Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• →Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• →Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• →Identify and process nonconforming material.
• →Verify certifications, traceability documentation, and traveler accuracy.
• →Support AS9100 quality system requirements and documentation.
• →Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.

• Experience level may range from entry-level to senior inspection professionals.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality principles.
• Knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, CMMs, and FAI documentation is highly valued for higher-level positions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This pay range for this position falls between $20.00-$40.00/hour depending on experience.
