Housekeeping Attendants (30 Positions)

CNS Group is seeking professional and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants for a luxury hotel in Zanzibar. The role is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas to ensure a premium guest experience.

• →Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel luxury cleanliness and presentation standards.
• →Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, minibar items, and room supplies to ensure rooms are fully prepared for guest occupancy.
• →Ensure guest rooms are arranged and presented according to hotel SOPs and guest preferences before arrivals.
• →Report maintenance issues, damaged items, missing items, and technical faults promptly to Housekeeping Supervisors.
• →Handle guest requests professionally, including extra amenities, laundry collection, room setup adjustments, and special arrangements.
• →Maintain proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals, housekeeping equipment, and operational supplies.
• →Follow hygiene, sanitation, and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
• →upport deep cleaning schedules, spring cleaning projects, and special housekeeping assignments when required.
• →Ensure lost and found items are reported and handled according to hotel operational procedures.
• →Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times while performing housekeeping duties.
• →Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen rooms in clean and organized condition.
• →Coordinate closely with Supervisors and Front Office teams to support efficient room turnaround and operational flow.

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping (luxury hotel experience is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in English communication is required.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
