Lab Assistant

CNS Group is seeking a reliable Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations within a mining project in Madagascar. The role involves assisting with sample preparation, maintaining laboratory organization, and supporting routine tasks to ensure smooth laboratory operations. • →Assist in sample preparation and handling.
• →Support laboratory technicians in daily operations.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
• →Label, store, and manage samples properly.
• →Assist in basic laboratory tasks and routine procedures.
• →Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• →Handle materials and equipment carefully.
• →Support documentation and record-keeping tasks.
• →Perform physical and routine tasks as required.

• Diploma in Chemistry or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in laboratory support or technical environment
• Understanding of sample preparation processes.
• Ability to perform routine and physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluency in English or French.
• Willingness to relocate to Madagascar.
