CNS Group is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Trader – Capital Markets & Brokerage for a company in the Financial Services industry. The role is responsible for executing trades, monitoring market movements, managing client orders, and supporting investment activities across equities and fixed income markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong trading expertise, market analysis skills, and a solid understanding of capital markets regulations and brokerage operations.

• Execute equities and fixed income trades in accordance with client instructions and market regulations.
• Monitor financial markets, trading activities, and market price movements.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade execution and settlement processes.
• Manage daily trading activities and support brokerage operations.

• Receive, process, and monitor client trading orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and trading activities.
• Support portfolio monitoring and investment performance tracking.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding trade execution updates.

• Conduct market analysis and monitor investment opportunities and trends.
• Prepare trading reports, market summaries, and transaction updates.
• Support development of trading strategies and investment recommendations.
• Monitor market risks and compliance requirements.

• Ensure compliance with capital markets regulations and brokerage operational procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all trading activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of securities brokerage systems and trading platforms.
• Support audit, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting activities where required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in equities and fixed income trading.
• Strong experience in trade execution and market analysis.
• Experience in portfolio monitoring and client order management.
• Strong understanding of trading operations and capital markets regulations.
• Proficiency in securities brokerage systems and trading reporting processes.
• CMSA Certification is mandatory.
• DSE SIT Certification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trading systems.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized mindset.
