We're looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor (Italian) to lead collections operations, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams while supporting strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a collections team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Oversee outsourced collections activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Manage complex collection cases, escalations, and customer issues.

Deliver coaching, onboarding, and process training to employees and partners.

Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective collection strategies.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to achieve business goals.

Drive process optimization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

Several years of experience in collections operations, debt collection, or credit management.
Previous experience in team leadership, process management, or outsourcing governance.
Strong knowledge of the Italian collections and consumer finance market, including customer behavior, collection strategies, and market practices.
Understanding of the Italian regulatory and operational collections landscape.
Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
Ability to lead change, solve complex challenges, and drive results.
