•Work with the Senior Strategy Manager and market account teams to inform business development plans based on GTM timelines and product readiness status.
•Ensure the roadmap proactively supports growth plan objectives, flagging dependencies or readiness risks that could impact commercial or market expansion activities.
•Provide clear, timely product visibility to markets so they can proactively plan adoption, deployment preparation, and client engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
•Build and maintain effective working relationships with technology, product, and innovation stakeholders across the business to ensure roadmap inputs are current and comprehensive.
•Communicate roadmap status, changes, and dependencies clearly to the VP, Account Director, and Strategy Manager, ensuring cross-team alignment at all times.
•Minimum 5–7 years' experience in product management, product operations, technology roadmap management, or a closely related discipline, across a global account or enterprise client context.
•Demonstrated experience aggregating and synthesising inputs from multiple technology, engineering, or innovation workstreams into a consolidated product roadmap or portfolio view
•Proven ability to work across product, technology, and commercial functions — translating technical roadmap activity into commercially relevant language for account and business development teams
•Experience representing product or technology interests in governance forums, with a track record of advocating effectively for account or segment priorities within product planning processes
•Strong background in identifying and assessing new product or technology opportunities, including experience working with client-facing teams to capture and validate demand signals
•Background in hardware and software technology environments, with an ability to navigate both (highly desirable)
•Familiarity with digital signage, display technologies, content management systems, or QSR technology ecosystems (highly desirable)
•Ability to aggregate complex, multi-source product and technology intelligence into a single, coherent roadmap that is accurate, accessible, and genuinely useful to diverse internal stakeholders
•Ability to translate technical roadmap content into commercially relevant insights — enabling account, strategy, and market teams to make informed decisions about adoption, go-to-market timing, and business development
•Ability to identify emerging product opportunities from client signals, market intelligence, and technology trends, and to build a compelling internal case for their inclusion in the roadmap
•Ability to represent the McDonald's account with authority in product and technology governance forums, advocating effectively for account priorities without losing sight of broader organisational product direction
•Ability to build strong working relationships across product, technology, and innovation functions — maintaining the trust and access needed to keep the roadmap current, comprehensive, and commercially connected
