In this role, you'll act as the key specialist driving SAP S/4 HANA Finance transformation, guiding best practices and processes across all finance areas. You will serve as the go-to expert for system implementation and inquiries, ensuring smooth adoption and optimizing SAP functionality to create real business value.

What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)

Act as the in-house expert on SAP S/4 HANA functionality, focusing on FI/CO, TR, and MM modules.

Guide the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.

Advise finance teams (AP, AR, GL, Tax, Treasury) on SAP best practices to enhance efficiency.

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes using SAP functionalities.

Align SAP functionality with business requirements by working closely with Finance, IT, and stakeholders.

Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting SAP S/4 HANA issues and ensuring resolution.

Assist with change management, helping finance teams transition from legacy systems to SAP.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Stay updated on new SAP enhancements and propose system improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.

3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles with direct involvement in SAP implementation projects.

Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in FI, CO, TR.

Familiarity with MM integration points.

Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal).

Excellent problem-solving skills focused on long-term process improvements.

Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Proactive mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive organizational change.

Nice to have

Experience in Fintech or Payment Industry environments.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies for finance transformation projects.

Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
