You’ll be based in Barcelona, working closely with our Growth and Creative teams. Your job is to turn bold ideas into visuals and motion assets that fuel the growth of a disruptor app.
Test fast, learn quickly, and use data to turn concepts into industry-shaping winners.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Turn insights into ideas. Work with Growth and Creative teams to build bold, testable concepts that evolve into winners.
- →Design standout assets. Produce high-impact static and motion graphics for user acquisition and marketing campaigns.
- →Master your tools. Use After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality work.
- →Leverage AI tools. Master Nano Banana, Veo3, Sora, Kling, and similar tools to deliver visuals. You will have access to every platform with no credit limits. If you already use agentic workflows, vibe-coding, or Claude Code to automate repetitive tasks, you will fit right in.
- →Follow creative trends. Stay current with what is working in mobile ads and social media.
- →Connect metrics to design. Understand how specific KPIs reflect your creative choices and which levers to pull to influence performance.
- →Improve through testing. Analyze performance to spot patterns and create stronger iterations.
- →Own your projects. Lead the full process from concept to delivery with consistency.
- 2+ years of experience (or equivalent via a strong portfolio) in marketing art, motion graphics, or creative production. Experience with mobile ads or user acquisition is a plus.
- Proficient with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Strong ability to translate data and performance insights into visually impactful concepts.
- AI-Native approach. Proven ability to integrate generative AI models into a professional production pipeline.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on and proactive. You are detail-oriented and eager to experiment, iterate, and continuously improve.
