Director, Supply Chain

The Director, Supply Chain leads and owns planning and inventory management activities in support of Coherus’ supply operations. Working cross-functionally and collaborating with individuals and functions both within Coherus and at third parties, the Director, Supply Chain drives activities to ensure effective planning, availability and supply of materials to meet internal and external requirements.

• →A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field with at least 8 years’ experience including 3+ years in Supply Chain management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/development environment (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• →Solid working knowledge of MRP and other Supply Chain concepts
• →Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• →Proven ability to understand, analyze and manage complex data (e.g., inventory records, demand/supply data) with an ardent attention to detail
• →Working knowledge of cGMP and GxP systems or other pharmaceutical product management systems
• →Knowledge in temperature sensitive transportation/logistics required
• →Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment
• →Strong collaboration skills and ability to develop successful working relationships across functions and departments

The Base Salary Range for this position is $190,000 to $240,000. Coherus considers various factors, including professional background and work experience, when determining base pay. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
