Asphalt Plant Manufacturing and Heavy Equipment Operator

• →Operate front-end loader to feed the asphalt plant, manage material stockpiles, and load trucks safely and efficiently.
• →Support and operate asphalt plant equipment under the guidance of the Foreperson, with training provided over time.
• →Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, refuelling, and complete required maintenance and operating logs.
• →Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment
• →Other duties as assigned
• →Willingness to learn all facets of the operation

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, bending, crouching, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude and previous experience in manufacturing, asphalt plants, or heavy equipment operation are considered assets.
• Ability to work long shifts, occasional weekends and nights
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid G driver’s license
