Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including entering journals, managing accounts receivable and payable, using financial technology systems, and other select finance-related administration. The Senior Accountant ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements and prepares financial analyses for the Chief Accountant as requested; and maintains fiscal records.

• →Ensuring day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts and accounts receivable, credit card transactions, and payroll are recorded properly.
• →Implement and maintain the accounting system in the Oracle system to be suitable with the operation of the company
• →Prepare financial statements including profit & loss, balance sheet, and all tax reports
• →Work with the Tax Agency to ensure that the company operates according to Vietnam Tax Law
• →Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations, journal entries and account closing (on the monthly / quarterly and yearly basis)
• →Monitoring cash and investment balances and performing cash flow forecasting.
• →Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting (local & HQ) within required deadlines.
• →Work with auditors on providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• →Implements and trains staff to use software that streamlines processes and improves distribution and accessibility of financial information.
• →To assist the Cost Control Manager in all aspects of control cost and budget
• →Other duties as assigned to meet organizational requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree required, degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field a plus.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA certification a plus
• A minimum of 03 years working experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (i.e.,Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) with advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with financial management software (e.g., Oracle, Sage Intacct, ERP system, SAP preferrable) required. 
• Superior data management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS standards and business compliance
• Good command of English
