In-House Operations Supervisor
Quick Summary
ComputerCare has spent more than 20 years building something rare in the IT world: a company where technical excellence and genuine human connection are valued equally.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within ComputerCare's repair and IT asset management facility. This role oversees production workflow, workforce performance, service level execution, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, scalable, and customer-focused operations.
