Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Governance: Own the SFMC roadmap, solution design, and data modeling standards across business units. 

• Journey & Automation Orchestration: Build and monitor complex workflows via Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. 

• Integrations & Data Management: Oversee integrations with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud/CDP, and third-party APIs using SQL, SSJS, and REST/SOAP endpoints. 

• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide a team of developers and marketing specialists, handle estimations, and run requirement-gathering workshops. 

• Compliance & Security: Ensure data privacy regulations (GDPR/local consent policies) and security best practices are met. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7 to 10+ years working directly with digital marketing systems, with at least 5 years dedicated to hands-on SFMC delivery.

• Technical Stack: Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and data extensions.

• Core Tooling: Expert-level command of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Email Specialist preferred
