The Sr. Technical consultant provides Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products. The job involves understanding, evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause, and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner. Our Tech support teams are responsible for handling errors, user issues and any other technical problem that prevents the customer from using our Conga products. In essence, our tech support consultants focus on helping customers to use our products most effectively.

You will help our valuable customers by keeping their solutions up and running by resolving the reported issues in a timely manner resulting in happy and loyal customers.
