The Modernization Success Coordinator is a key member of the ConnectWise post-sale organization responsible for recruiting partners to the migration program by setting a strong framework for the migration process. This role combines value positioning with SOW and quote execution to drive digital transformation that sets our partner’s up for long-term success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assess a partner’s readiness to migrate from Automate to RMM
- →Secure a signed SOW to begin the migration process
- →Facilitate introductions to the Modernization Manager
- →Assist in the Automate to RMM quote requirements
- →Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure relationship leaders are made aware of the status of a partner’s migration status
- →Provide frequent feedback and enhancement recommendations for the process
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal colleagues and partners
- Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email
- Broad knowledge of job procedures and tools
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
