Responsibilities

  • Lead technical strategy, architecture, and execution across scaling platforms

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams

  • Collaborate with product and executive stakeholders to shape technical priorities aligned with company vision

  • Build systems that support operational excellence, security, and innovation at scale

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, awareness, and psychological safety into team practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

  • 8+ years in technical leadership roles (e.g. Engineering Director, VP Eng, CTO, Head of Engineering)

  • Experience scaling systems and teams in high-growth startup or enterprise environments

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and architecting order from complexity

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great products, but great teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
