Special Projects Intern (Summer 2027)

Salary Range: $24 - $29/hour 

The Special Projects Intern will support project teams in various aspects of construction project management, from document handling to subcontractor coordination. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.

• →Assist in document setup and management. 
• →Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes. 
• →Process bid lists and collect subcontractor pricing and scope summaries. 
• →Organize and attend subcontractor descope meetings. 
• →Create subcontractor leveling and scope sheets. 
• →Support permitting processes with local cities and towns. 
• →Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders. 
• →Prepare closeout binders, including O&M manuals and warranties. 
• →Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools efficiently. 
• →Maintain a general understanding of construction industry practices.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
