Our US business is growing rapidly, and as we continue to expand throughout 2026, we anticipate hiring Consultants across multiple industry sectors and regions.
While this is not an immediate opening, we are building a talent community of individuals who are interested in future consulting opportunities with dss+ and want to be part of our growth journey.
What We Offer
~1 min readAs a Consultant at dss+, you may have the opportunity to:
Work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts on complex client engagements
Help clients improve operational performance, safety culture, and risk management capabilities
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programmes
Support operational assessments and transformation initiatives
Develop practical recommendations and implementation plans for clients
Engage directly with client stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership
Contribute to project planning, governance, and delivery activities across multiple industries

We’d love to hear from individuals who bring:
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams
Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic client environments
Interest in operational transformation, safety, risk, or sustainability consulting
Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites across the US
Nice to Have
~1 min read1–3 years of experience in consulting and/or industrial operations
Experience within industries such as manufacturing, mining, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry
Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical and visualisation tools
