This is a leader role focused on shaping and driving the go-to-market strategy for our Digital Practice across regions and industries.
You will play a key role in defining how we position, sell, and deliver digital transformation solutions — working closely with regional leaders, product owners, and client teams to unlock customer value and accelerate growth.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, product, and commercial strategy — shaping how digital solutions are defined, positioned, and delivered to clients across industries.
You will lead the development and execution of digital go-to-market strategies, combining strategic vision, commercial leadership, and deep technical understanding.
You will work across regions and teams to drive adoption of digital solutions, strengthen consulting capabilities, and position dss+ as a leader in digital transformation.
Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for digital consulting offerings across regions and industries
Identify market opportunities, customer drivers, and digital transformation needs, translating them into scalable solutions and business strategies
Develop and evolve technology partnerships to strengthen the dss+ digital ecosystem
Support product strategy, including positioning, pricing, and target audience definition
Drive adoption of consultative, value-based digital selling approaches across sales teams
Act as a senior subject matter expert for the digital portfolio, providing technical and strategic guidance across engagements
Lead, coach, and develop regional consulting teams to strengthen digital capabilities and delivery quality
Mentor and support sales and delivery teams in shaping opportunities and executing projects
Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including technical and business leadership
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define and strengthen dss+ digital value proposition
Capture insights and feedback from projects and clients to drive continuous improvement of offerings
Contribute to thought leadership, leveraging data, analytics, and insights to position dss+ in the market
Collaborate with marketing teams to shape internal and external communication and campaigns

You bring strong strategic and commercial thinking, combined with deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to operate effectively in complex, global environments. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading through collaboration across regions and teams.
8+ years of experience driving digital transformation in global, B2B environments
Experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation
Proven track record in consultative selling, pipeline development, and converting opportunities into successful outcomes
Experience working with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams
Exposure to multiple industries and digital transformation journeys
Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with ability to translate market needs into scalable solutions
Ability to influence and lead in matrix and international environments (“leading by influence”)
Deep understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and transformation trends
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
Ability to connect technical concepts with business value and client outcomes
Experience in change management and capability building
Strong understanding of one or more areas: operational risk, sustainability, operational excellence
Experience with data analytics, digital platforms, or software-driven solutions
Familiarity with end-to-end digital transformation journeys
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel internationally as required
