We are seeking a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into eye-catching visual stories! This person will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and digital trends. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with technical skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit. They'll develop high-quality assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling while staying ahead of the curve on what's trending. Here is what the role looks like:
The Digital Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and digital trends. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and collaboration to develop high-quality assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Here are some of the main functions of this role:
- Develop high-quality visual and video content for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Independently produce short-form video content from concept to completion, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
- Plan and manage production logistics for shoots, including scheduling, location coordination, equipment preparation, and on-site execution.
- Capture, edit, and optimize short-form video content for social media platforms and assist Creative Director or Digital Content Manager in long-form video content.
- Design graphics, motion elements, and supporting visuals to enhance digital storytelling.
- Write engaging, on-brand video scripts, captions, and supporting copy when needed.
- Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and quality for various digital platforms and campaign requirements.
- Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and digital assets to maintain an efficient media library.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams to execute campaign content effectively.
- Contribute creative ideas through brainstorming sessions and proactive content pitching.
- Use project management tools to track tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content quality and performance.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital content tools.
- Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future creative output.
- Other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you need to have:
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in digital content, social media management, or marketing.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience managing social media campaigns, paid ads, and content production.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience with social media advertising, budgeting, targeting, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to professionally manage online engagement, customer interactions, and negative social media activity.
- Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work any shifts and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
