We're looking for a strategic growth-minded marketer who understands our brand and has expertise driving results through digital channels. This person will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and thrives on seeing measurable impact. They can effectively manage multiple projects, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate across teams. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation and conversion through digital channels. This role develops and recommends digital marketing strategies while also owning execution to ensure strong performance across all initiatives. Here are some of the main functions of this role:

  • Develop and recommend digital demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing performance
  • Execute digital campaigns across paid ads, email marketing, landing pages, and knowledge base/content assets
  • Manage performance tracking across all digital channels, including social media, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights on engagement, traffic flow, and conversion behavior
  • Analyze social media performance as it relates to driving traffic to the website and contributing to conversion funnels
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to support lead nurturing and conversion optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages, and digital assets to continuously improve performance
  • Create and maintain channel-specific templates and lightweight visual assets (using stock or existing resources where applicable)
  • Manage and optimize digital sales enablement channels and tools (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams
  • Oversee website updates and coordinate improvements to user experience and conversion performance
  • Track and analyze full-funnel performance metrics (impressions, click-through rates, form submissions, and conversions), providing insights for optimization
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend in line with approved allocations
  • Write website copy based on marketing briefs, GTMs, and creative briefs, ensuring messaging is clear, conversion-focused, and aligned with overall campaign strategy
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors to support digital marketing execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and performance expectations
  • Ensure all digital assets, platforms, and tools are properly maintained, secure, up to date, and functioning efficiently across all channels
  • Meet KPIs focused on conversion performance across the digital funnel (social media and digital traffic → website clicks → form submissions → leads)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital execution supports broader marketing and sales objectives
  • Other duties as assigned 


Candidates must show:

  • Ability to promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Product/Service knowledge: Remains up to date on the latest services and products we provide and has a clear understanding of how each work. Working knowledge of telecom network offerings such as Ethernet, TDM, DSL and Wireless access providers also required.
  • Customer centric: Puts the customer first and creates a positive experience for the customer by building relationships and maximizing service/product offerings. Stays current with knowledge of products clients require and can foresee their future technology needs
  • Accountability:
    Punctual and dependable to meet the needs of our customers. Has the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Has the ability to assess an issue, provide creative solutions, and analyze if the solution was viable.  
  • Organizational support: Ability to follow company policies and procedures in accordance with contract/agreement(s) and Company Goals, completes administrative tasks thoroughly, accurately, promptly, and efficiently as possible with respect to human resources, financial management and profitability.
  • Technical skills: Constantly strives to increase technical knowledge to improve training tools through latest product knowledge, industry knowledge, and research.
  • Growth and Learning: Is curious and understands that learning is a lifelong endeavor. You own your learning and development, and you are committed to evolving.

 

Here’s what you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion
  • Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, SEO, email, landing pages, and website optimization
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
  • Proven ability in performance tracking, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing digital budgets with focus on efficiency and ROI
  • Ability to write clear, conversion-focused website copy based on briefs
  • Experience working with vendors and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Creative, Brand, Sales, and leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience managing and maintaining digital tools, platforms, and assets for performance and reliability
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
