VP Underwriter, Accident & Health US

Convex US is seeking a dynamic, production-focused Vice President – Underwriter to lead day-to-day account underwriting, risk selection, and business production within our Accident & Health (A&H) line of business, focusing specifically on the Transportation/Trucking and Gig Worker verticals. This role is focused on driving profitable premium growth, expanding our market footprint, and delivering tailored A&H insurance solutions to meet industry-specific needs. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical underwriting capabilities, advanced risk analysis, and established wholesale and retail broker networks to write profitable business efficiently. This role will be measured on achieving production targets, submission flow, renewal retention, and overall portfolio profitability.
