The Business

The Glass Goose Bar & Eatery lies at the top of a hidden staircase just off Federal Street. Mirroring a garden glass house, our secret rooftop bar is open from lunch until late. The contemporary yet casual eating and drinking space is a true oasis, tucked away from the city’s bustle. Our view of the sky tower is second to none and the perfect companion for one of our famous cocktails.

The Role

This position really is your chance to shine! This fast paced role requires you to provide an absolutely outstanding experience to the tables within your designated area, by charming all our customers so that they have a beyond memorable experience. We love it when our customers come back for more, and their experience all begins with you!

Your responsibilities include:

• Introducing yourself to every customer and completing the selling system
• Completing opening and closing systems for the floor
• Assisting the sales manager when required
• Ensuring the floor area and tables are immaculate and set up as per the floor plan
• Follow all host responsibility systems

Skills / Experience
