The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and small group training for personnel across a wide range of intelligence disciplines, including All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intelligence Exploitation, and PAI, to introduce and reinforce the application of custom-built analytical tools within the F3EAD targeting methodology.
- Develop, evolve, and maintain internal and external Programs of Instruction (POIs) covering analytical tools, methodologies, and targeting tradecraft to ensure training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with mission requirements.
- Tailor training delivery and instructional methods to accommodate varying skill sets, experience levels, and intelligence backgrounds across student populations.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with annual community training requirements, tracking completion and reporting training status to leadership as required.
- Collaborate with organizational leadership, analysts, and partner elements to identify, develop, and facilitate professional training and development opportunities for organization personnel.
- Provide hands-on instruction and proficiency training on analytical tools and platforms including ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, M3, TAC, IC Reach, Skope web-based tools, and the Skope SIGINT Toolkit.
- Assess student performance and proficiency during training events, providing constructive feedback and remediation as needed to ensure all personnel meet established training standards.
- Develop and maintain training materials, instructional guides, quick reference cards, and multimedia content to support both formal and informal training delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, after-action reviews, and student feedback, and implement improvements to continuously enhance training quality and outcomes.
- Collaborate with tool developers, program managers, and subject matter experts to stay current on analytical tool updates, new capabilities, and emerging methodologies, and incorporate changes into training programs accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of intelligence or intelligence operations experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with demonstrated expertise across multiple intelligence disciplines and operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience conducting training for individuals and small groups across a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds, including All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intelligence Exploitation, and PAI, with a focus on introducing custom-built analytical tools and their application within the F3EAD targeting methodology.
- Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and finished intelligence product development across all phases of the targeting cycle.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of High-Value Individual (HVI) and network targeting methodologies, including nodal analysis and the ability to fully leverage the F3EAD targeting process to support time-sensitive and deliberate targeting requirements.
- Strong firsthand experience and demonstrated background in Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, and Collection Management in support of operational and strategic intelligence requirements.
- Possess strong briefing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical findings, network assessments, and targeting products to senior leadership, operational consumers, and interagency partners.
- Acute knowledge of Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or counterterrorism (CT) and counter-proliferation intelligence operations is highly desirable.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
