This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will join a collaborative and curious group that is essential to delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.
About the Role
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience with data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
- Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
- Experience using data center management tools and software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.
- Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Network+).
