Responsibilities

→
Be on time and ready to work at the start of shift
→
Inventory count verification
→
Receiving input into BPCS and V2
→
Assisting customers with locating items in warehouse
→
Outbound freight – returned goods and/or repair
→
Order issue and placement – MRO, special order and stock items
→
Order follow up
→
Maintain credit purchase log and reconcile to statement
→
PO filing and associated file maintenance
→
Resolving of invoice match issues
→
Year end file purging
→
“5S” implementation with focus on visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization
→Operate a forklift
→Data Entry
→Scan in invoices and other inventory documents
→Forklift operations
→Flexible in work hours (available to work 24/7 for 24 hour coverage as needed)
→Other duties as assigned

→MRO & Bill of Materials – Labels, boxes, bags, film and chemicals
→Load and unload storage/transfer trailers
→Unloading of purchased goods delivery
→Delivered goods verification and log
→Warehouse stocking of purchased goods
→Special order items – notify requisitioner of arrival status
→USDA items received delivered to USDA
→Open accounts – BOM product

This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position.
