About Us: We partner with U.S.-based personal injury law firms to connect them with skilled international professionals for long-term, remote opportunities. One of our client firms is currently seeking a remote Bilingual Case Manager (English and Spanish) to join their team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates with prior personal injury experience. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case. • Coordinate and monitor medical treatment, records requests, and billing documentation. • Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy, preparation, and progression. • Draft and review correspondence, case summaries, and other legal-related documents. • Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner. • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones to ensure timely movement of all matters. • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files within the firm's case management system. • Assist with settlement preparation, including gathering supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances when needed. • Provide administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth case flow. Requirements: • Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only). • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). • Previous experience as a Case Manager within a personal injury law firm required. • Strong understanding of personal injury case flow, treatment coordination, and settlement processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time. Work Schedule: • Full-time position. • Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Mountain Standard Time).
